In 1994, the company, under the leadership of its founder, Mr. Yousuf Jeewa, started its diversification strategy with the incorporation of Neel Trading Ltd. In a period of five years, the Group, comprising a diversified portfolio of companies, has successfully expanded its economic footprint and is now structured around six pillars namely, Construction; Agro-industry; Real-estate; Food; Logistic & Textile.
Over the years, Neel Construction and Industries Ltd gained substantial experience in building and developing residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects across the country. Neel Contracting Ltd is involved in the fitting out of buildings for a number of purposes as well as renovation and refurbishment works.
Finally in 2015, Neel Group created Atelier Mydzine which is an Architectural company.
